Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Jackler strives to ship to as many locations as possible across the globe. However, there are a few regions where we are unable to ship due to restrictions or logistical issues. Currently, we do not ship to:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea

If your location is excluded, but you believe this may be an error, please feel free to contact us at support@jackler.ca to inquire whether shipping to your region can be arranged. As geo-political situations change, we will do our best to accommodate your location.


What happens if a product is out of stock?

Due to recent developments and improvements in our supply chain, products rarely go out of stock. We leverage our manufacturer’s global coverage, which helps prevent stock issues. However, in some cases, your order may be fulfilled from outside your home country to ensure availability and timely delivery.

In the rare instance that a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated on fulfillment times. You will also be given alternatives, such as waiting for restock or receiving a refund, depending on your preference.

To stay updated on product availability, restocks, and pre-orders, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media.


What about high-demand products and fulfillment times?

Some products, particularly new or limited-edition designs, may experience high demand, leading to extended fulfillment times. We will always notify you as soon as possible if there are any delays with your order and provide updates on the estimated shipping time.

In the unlikely case of an out-of-stock product that you were able to order, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative solutions, such as waiting for restock or providing a refund if the wait is too long.


How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on where you live and the type of product you ordered. For print-on-demand products, fulfillment typically begins immediately after your order is placed. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • US: 3-5 business days after fulfillment
  • Canada: 3-8 business days after fulfillment
  • UK: 3-5 business days after fulfillment
  • Germany: 5-7 business days after fulfillment
  • Rest of the World: 9-10 business days after fulfillment

For custom products, which are fulfilled manually, shipping may vary depending on the product complexity. Expect fulfillment times of 7-14 business days, and for certain high-demand items, delays of one to several weeks may occur. We will keep you informed every step of the way.


I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

If you've entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us at support@jackler.ca as soon as possible. We can update your shipping address anytime before your order is shipped out. However, once the order has been shipped, changes to the shipping address will no longer be possible. To avoid issues, we encourage you to double-check your shipping details during checkout.
