What are custom products?
Here at Jackler our products are divided into two categories; Print-on-demand products fulfilled by one manufacturer who manages shipping and fulfillment, and custom products that are fulfilled manually by us, at the team! Because of this divergent logistic approach, we have different policies and practices for each product. Please visit our "Custom Products FAQs" page for more info!

This FAQ is mainly geared towards the print-on-demand products of the site. 

You will be informed whether a product is custom or not. If nothing is said in the description, assume it is not.

How long will it take to receive my order?
That depends on where your home is! We print and fulfill orders upon your demands. In other words, we get right to shipping right after you place an order. If you live in the US, expect an average of 3-5 business days after fulfillment.

If you live in Canada, expect 3-8 business days.

In the UK, it is estimated around 3-5 business days.

If you live in Germany, then expect 5-7 business days.

And for everywhere else, expect your orders to ship between 9-10 business days after fulfillment.

Please note that the above shipment times are only for print-on-demand fulfilled products. (Custom) products are fulfilled at a differencing rate that varies through product to product. Please contact us for any questions regarding your shipment!


Do you ship worldwide?
Of course! Here at Jackler, we try to ensure everyone around the globe has the same purchasing power. Even if you live under a rock, expect your orders to ship to your address. However we are currently unable to ship to the following countries:

Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
Russia
Belarus
Ecuador
Cuba
Iran
Syria
North Korea

How much does shipping cost?
We try to keep our shipping as low as possible. Which are calculated mainly by the following factors: The total weight of your order, your shipping address, and how long you want to receive your order. (i.e. standard or expedited).

What happens if a product is out of stock?
If a certain product is out of stock, you may place your order, but fulfillment time will be significantly increased as the product is being brought back into stock to print on. You will be informed if your order or a part of your order is out of stock.

Please note: All of our designs based off of Hoyoverse games will be limited to 200pc (Genshin) and 300pcs (Star Rail) per design, per garment. (I.E Star Rail Design 1 will be available 900 times in total, 300 pcs on Tees, 300pcs on Sweatshirts, and 300pcs on Hoodies.) Please note that these designs will never restock and once sold out won't be sold again. 


What material are your shirts?
Our primary shirts are thin fabric, smooth & washable prints, 100% cotton and comfortable, which are just some of the factors that describe the rich quality of our apparel material. We specialize and partner with many apparel suppliers whose brands will be in the description of our many products.

How should I wash my shirts?
Please try to wash garments of similar colors together. Wash inside-out in a standard washer of your preferred setting. A regular dryer is acceptable, but we recommend natural hang drying. Shrinking in our shirts is incredibly minimal, and our designs will not fade due to the quality of our prints.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
Everyone makes mistakes! Please get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of ordering)! We try to ship every order out as soon as we can. If we have not yet shipped out your order, we can easily change the address for you. Contact us at our support email, support@jackler.ca

Do you offer refunds?
We have 30-day refund policy! Please contact us if you want to cancel your order ASAP as we can do that easily before fulfillment starts. Please visit our refund policy at the bottom of our home page for more information.

I never received my order, what should I do?
If you see a "delivery exception" on your tracking code or if you think your order has not arrived after the estimated shipping business days, don't stress! Your local post office may be behind on shipments. Allow 1 to 3 days to pass beyond the expected delivery date. If your order still has not shown up at your door, contact your local post office. They should be able to trace your order. If neither of those options work, email us and we will try and find out what happened and explore support options for you! Email: support@jackler.ca

Why is my order taking so long?
If a certain product is in high demand from our suppliers, the fulfilment will take significantly longer, anywhere from 2-4 weeks due to it being out of stock. During this time, if the item has not yet been fulfilled or started fulfillment by our manufacturer, you may contact us at support@jackler.ca to request a refund. Please check product descriptions as variants that are in high demand will be listed there.
