At Jackler, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery for all our customers. Below, you'll find key details about our shipping policies, designed to provide clarity and confidence in your shopping experience.
SHIPPING ISSUES
If your order hasn't received a tracking update within one month, we will issue a full refund or investigate the situation to find an appropriate solution.
Stolen & Delivered Packages If tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered, we generally do not provide refunds. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a secure location for the carrier to leave the package; therefore, we cannot be held liable for items stolen after proof of delivery is established.
However, we understand that unforeseen issues can arise, such as courier negligence, incorrect tracking updates, or lost packages. In such cases, we will investigate concerns on a case-by-case basis to ensure you're not left without assistance. Please reach out to us immediately at support@jackler.ca if you have any concerns about your delivery.
CUSTOMS
While we strive to fulfill orders as efficiently as possible within your country, please note that orders may pass through customs for inspection. This process could potentially delay the delivery time and may also result in additional customs fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these regulations, and it is the buyer's responsibility to cover any customs fees.
To help minimize delays or unexpected costs, we recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s customs policies and any potential charges for imported goods. If you need assistance or advice on how to best prepare for customs fees, feel free to contact us at support@jackler.ca.
If you're unsure whether your order will be fulfilled domestically or internationally, contact us before your order enters the fulfillment stage. We’ll be happy to check and make any necessary adjustments.
RETURNED ORDERS
Orders are sometimes returned due to an incorrect address or if the recipient was unavailable at the time of delivery. To prevent this, we highly recommend double-checking your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a re-shipment. In cases where a package is unclaimed for 28 days, re-shipment will no longer be possible.
Customers may be responsible for covering the costs of re-shipment if the order was returned due to an incorrect address. While we do not offer refunds for returned packages, we are more than happy to reship the item upon request.
SEPERATE SHIPMENTS
Please note that orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on the fulfillment process. Products fulfilled via print-on-demand services may be shipped separately from items that are manually fulfilled by our team.
- Print-on-Demand Items: These are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-7 business days.
- Manually Fulfilled Custom Products: Since these products are handcrafted and processed with more attention to detail, they may take longer to fulfill. Shipping for custom products can vary between 7-14 business days, depending on the complexity of the product and the availability of materials.
We will keep you updated with tracking information for all shipments, so you can stay informed about the status of your order.
CUSTOM ITEM RATES
For custom items—products customized via a manufacturer and not fulfilled through print-on-demand—shipping costs are included in the item’s price for orders within the United States or Canada. For orders outside of these regions, an additional flat rate will be included per item. Shipping rates are subject to change per item, and any updates will be reflected on their respective product pages.
We will always opt to get the most reasonable option in regards to shipping in relation to the budget. This will most likely be translated to a tracked delivery service that will take around 6-12 days to arrive.
