"The Omniscia sees all."

The Divination Commission keeps the Xianzhou Luofu from walking into its future blind, and Fu Xuan runs it. The third eye on her brow and the Matrix of Prescience do the calculating. She picks the best path, writes up the pros and cons, and submits the results. She is also waiting, with great patience and none at all, for the General to step down.
